David Wilcox is Vice President, Federal at Dtex Systems where he leads their efforts to handle the surging demand for innovative insider threat protection from this sector. David is a cybersecurity professional with nearly 38 years’ experience. He began his career at the National Security Agency, were he held several positions including Deputy Chief of NSA’s Information Assurance Resource Management Office and Special Assistant to the Deputy National Manager for National Security Systems. David led the National Initiative to Increase the Security of Classified Networks, an element of the Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative, on behalf of the DoD's Chief Information Officer and the Director of National Intelligence. He also served as the Cybersecurity Director for the Defense Information Systems Agency's Cyber Development Directorate.
