Dr. Emma Bradford
Senior Consultant at Frazer-Nash Consultancy
Dr Emma Bradford completed her PhD in Forensic Psychology at the University of Liverpool in 2012. Her research focussed on revenge crimes in a series of studies ranging from non-criminal acts to singular and mass homicide incidents. This included the in-depth consideration of revenge in the workplace, counterproductive work behaviour, and insider threat. After completing her PhD, Emma began work at the UK's Centre for Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) heading up their Insider Threat Programme. This involved designing, maintaining, and developing protective security tools and delivering security recommendations to private and public sector organisations. Emma joined Frazer-Nash consultancy in 2018 where she now leads on Insider Threat research, innovation and practice and has expanded her remit to include the consideration of the socio-side of cyber security.
