Dr. Jon Roginski is the Program Manager for Insider Threat Research Program at West Point and an Assistant Professor of the Mathematical Sciences at the United States Military Academy. The program conceived, launched, and administers the Managing Insider Risk and Organizational Resilience (MIROR) journal, sponsored by the Undersecretary of Defense (Intelligence and Security). We are currently engaged in several academic and operational projects at the undergraduate, honors undergraduate, masters, and post-doctoral levels that engage nearly two dozen students and faculty advisors. Finally, the program sponsors a robust internship program engaging 10-15 undergraduate internships each year, hosted by DoD and industry partners. Let us know if you are interested in collaborating on any or all!

A West Point alumnus (’96—For Freedom We Risk!), Jon served the Army as a military policeman (Army Provost Marshal in Okinawa, Japan), Operations Research Analyst (Chief of Operational Assessments at Fort Drum and Afghanistan), and Network Scientist (Director of West Point’s Network Science Center)
