With nearly 15 years as an officer in the Intelligence Community, Mr. Ruppert supports USAREUR‘s implementation, execution, training, and evaluation of the USAREUR Insider Threat Program. Mr. Ruppert’s work in the synchronization and coordination of  insider threat efforts in Europe result in deterrence, detection, and mitigation of insider threats before they become active or operational. Mr. Ruppert lives in Wiesbaden, Germany with his wife and two children.
