VP, User Behavior Analytics at Haystax

Tom is responsible for supporting the deployment of, and customer satisfaction with, Haystax Technology's Constellation user behavior analytics (UBA) solution for insider threat, personnel security and other use cases. Tom has over 20 years of consulting and project management experience in commercial and government sectors with a focus on strategy and strategic planning, data analytics and modeling and operations improvement. Tom was previously a consultant with firms like McKinsey & Co and KPMG, leading engagements across multiple industries and sectors including energy, financial services, media/telecommunications and the Department of Defense. Tom holds a BA in Economics from Connecticut College and an MA in International Economic Policy from American University’s School of International Service.
